RETURN POLICY

MyAugustPink offer returns for exchange or store credit only.  If you are not satisfied with your order, contact us directly and return the merchandise within 7 days of receipt. Pack and seal your return merchandise securely (in the original package if possible) and include your invoice. Returned items must not be damaged or show signs of use in anyway. Shipping and handling charges are not refundable.

Please allow 10 business days from the return shipped date for your return items to be processed.
 

Items should be returned new, unused and with all MyAugustPink.com packaging attached. Returns that are damaged or altered may not be accepted and may be returned to the customer.

SHIPPING

You will receive your order anywhere from 5-7 business days from the date that it is shipped out, not necessarily from the date that it is placed. After your payment is authorized and verified, it can still take up to two days to process your order. This is just an estimate, though, and doesn’t include weekends or holidays. Standard Shipping is limited to the 48 contiguous United States. Shipping addresses in Hawaii, Alaska, APO/FPO, PO Boxes and US Territories will be shipped via USPS Priority Mail or First Class Mail. You will receive a shipping notification email that will notify you of the carrier we’ve used to ship your order, and the different tracking options available for it.
